Product experts and vendors (and their representatives) are invited to submit product information to be displayed on our Web site. All submissions will be reviewed by a staff member, and only products intended for business use, ranging from software utilities to enterprise-management systems, will be accepted for display. Our current target audience is primarily IT executives and their personnel. As such, all submitted products should be suitable for use in a corporate environment; and their submitted descriptions should be focused on that usage. Please refrain from hyperbole and promotional language in describing the product. Any claims made that we can not verify will be removed; and submissions that are essentially "sales pitches" will not be published.

Products that are designed primarily for personal/individual use will typically be either rejected, or moved to an appropriate "Personal" category (assuming such a category exists for the product type) at our sole discretion.

We are not currently accepting publications (i.e., books, magazines, newsletters, ebooks, ezines, etc.) for display. We typically do not post strictly service oriented companies or sites (such as general Web design or development shops) unless there is a specific product directly associated with the service; in which case the product description must be focused on that specific product or utility. Repeated submissions--especially automated bulk submissions (i.e., repeatedly submitting the same product description often over a short period of time)--will be automatically rejected. Finally, multiple product submissions which describe a line of very similar products from the same vendor will typically be combined into a single listing.

We reserve the right to edit or refuse any submission at our sole discretion.

Once submitted, all articles become the property of Datamation Product Watch and may be reused, at our sole discretion, in whole or in part, without your explicit permission. Please Note: official product representatives will be required to supply additional information.

When approved, products submitted via this form will be displayed not only on Datamation Product Watch, but throughout our DPW affiliated sites as well.

Before submitting a product: Please make sure we do not already have the product listed. You may use this search form to search our site (we suggest a simple search on the product name).

Only Company Representatives will be allowed to submit new information for products already listed on our site. If you are a company representative and you wish to provide new information for an existing listing, simply fill out this form as if the product is a new product. At the end of the process, you will be asked to verify your E-mail address by replying to an automatically generated E-mail sent by our submission form. When you reply to this E-mail, please note that this entry is intended to replace an existing item.
