Bambookit

Deliver XML-based client interfaces to your Web applications. From PCs, to handheld devices, to any Internet terminal Bambookit based applications will run equally well on different environments: operating systems, browsers, Web pads, mobile phones.

User Interface. Bambookit User Interface offers full application functionality with many controls available including scrolling, moving between windows, resizes, advanced Tree, Layout Manager and more. Bambookit controls are completely scriptable via XML tags. The XML scripts can be decomposed into smaller sections to create a complete application. The view is created in real time, so as each control is read from the XML script it appears in the view.

Any middleware product adhering to Bambookit's XML client can enable Internet applications on their Web site including JSP, ASP or PHP. It is a lightweight package 85Kb library that contains the previously mentioned controls, an XML parser and an object enabler.

No downloads, plug-ins or client side installations are required. Bambookit downloads dynamically within standard browsers.

Bambookit is based on the Personal Java specification, which is equivalent to Java 1.1. Bambookit applications run on any Java 1.1+ enabled browser. Bambookit can be applied to a wide variety of business applications, Web Services and mobile applications.
