eProject express

eProject express is a free service offered by eProject.com that allows teams to collaborate on their projects through the Web. Included within the service are such common project related modules as Project Calendar, Document Sharing, Task Management, Team Directory, and Messaging services. Users can sign up for and make use of the service through any Web-enabled machine with a browser, meaning that individual team members can be located anywhere there is Web access.

Once a user has signed up for the service, they can begin setting up their project by providing basic information such as the project description, and the URL of a specific home page for the project (by default, a home page is created). Having established the project, the user can then add deadlines to the Project Calendar, create file folders to use for sharing documents, and invite other team members to join in by providing their names and E-Mail addresses. eProject express then notifies the individual users of their invitiation; and when they login to the project they can immediately see any new data that has been contributed.
