This free tool allows you to track your Action Items or tasks for one or more projects. Each team member can view and update the Action Items from anywhere, anytime. This is great for when your are travelling and need to access the data from a hotel room or your host's computer. The sharing aspect is ideal for telecommuter or dispersed teams. It's also ideal for sharing Action Items with your client, Prime contractor, peer contractors, and sub-contractors. An e-mail notification is sent automatically on each Action Items due date if the Action is still open. Similarly, each Action Item has a warning date which also triggers an E-mail if left open. Includes 5 priority states with color coding.
